Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our imaging team in NSW West.
This role will involve developing and managing business strategies to achieve profitable relationships with clients across our imaging systems portfolio, consisting of market leading medical imaging technology and solutions (MRI, CT, X-Ray).
The successful candidate will have capital equipment/medical device sales experience and the ability to influence at all levels within the hospital network.
Key responsibilities include building high-level business relationships, constantly being aware of current and future market trends, executing a planned approach to maximizing sales volumes and margins, ensuring a broad understanding of our products, negotiating sales and terms, submitting tenders, maintaining an accurate and relevant sales funnel for all sales leads, coordinating product demonstrations, efficient product delivery, and ongoing clinical and technical support.
You will work as part of a highly experienced team of sales professionals, all sharing the goal of delivering top-quality service to customers.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in capital equipment/medical device solution selling within a hospital environment, preferably within medical imaging.
* Able to sell at all levels within the hospital system and manage long sales cycles.
* A solid understanding of the sales processes and the drive to maintain and grow market share.
* Ability to analyze and manipulate complex data, build territory plans, and work under pressure.
* Exceptional interpersonal and cross-functional stakeholder experience, with the ability to influence at all levels within the organization.
