Your Role as Care Worker Cleaner
You'll deliver person-centred services to Community Care clients in their own homes, providing quality cleaning and related support in line with individual care plans.
You'll empower clients to live more independently, safely, and meaningfully within their own environment by:
* Providing high‐quality cleaning and related household services in accordance with individual care plans.
* Completing scheduled tasks efficiently and to a high standard within allocated timeframes, while adapting to each client's individual needs and preferences.
* Building positive, respectful relationships with clients through professional communication and a caring, person‐centred approach that promotes trust and independence.
What We're Looking For
Location – Chermside and Surrounds
* Not yet completed a Certificate III in Individual Support
* Willing to undertake a traineeship opportunity and qualification
* Minimum Australian Green P Car Licence held
* Reliable car and insurance in your name
A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have!
* Previous experience across the aged care or disability sectors as a Domestic Assistant
