We have an exciting opportunity for several Trainee Automotive Finance & Insurance Specialists to join our team on the Sunshine Coast (Caloundra, Maroochydore, Nambour, and Noosa locations).
The training period will last between 6-12 months and will involve on-the-job training and mentoring with experienced Business Managers, in addition to completing the Autopact Business Manager Training program.
What is the role of an Automotive Finance & Insurance Specialist?
* Lead Management – assisting the sales team to contact all clients interested in purchasing a vehicle.
* Assisting the sales team with negotiation and closing of sales.
* Helping clients purchase a vehicle by arranging their finance.
* Meeting KPIs for the sale of finance, insurance, and warranty products.
* Processing vehicle loans from application to settlement.
* Adhering strictly to compliance and regulatory requirements.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidates will demonstrate the following qualities:
* Highly self-motivated and financially driven.
* Passionate about achieving success and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
* Process and procedure driven, with excellent time management skills.
* Ability to build trust and rapport with internal and external customers.
* Background in sales, banking, finance, or insurance industries is preferred.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills.
* High standard of personal presentation.
* Ability to work in a busy team environment and remain calm under pressure.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in face-to-face and phone interactions.
* Reliable vehicle and an open Australian driver's license are required.
