Role Overview
An Eastern QLD hospital requires a Specialist in Internal Medicine, General Medicine physician and/or Geriatrician.
Start: Monday 15 June 2026 (08:00). Finish: Friday 10 July 2026 (16:30).
Rate: $2,300.00 per day.
Responsibilities
* High patient turnover: ward rounds, ED admissions guidance, MDT meetings, supervising trainees and education, clinics. Support is provided by resident medical officers and registrars in ED.
* Shift hours: 07:30 – 16:00. On‐call arrangements to be discussed with the department. Weekends potentially available.
* Accommodation and travel provided.
