We're looking for a passionate risk professional that has excellent stakeholder management skills to join our Centre Support Office.
In this role, you'll work closely with leaders and stakeholders across Affinity Education to:
* Drive the development, monitoring, and reporting on Affinity Education's Enterprise Risk Register.
* Support the identification and assessment of risks, provide guidance on appropriate treatment plans, support system reporting.
* Facilitate risk workshops and deep dives with leaders and stakeholders across the business.
* Collaborate across the business to improve overall control effectiveness through detailed documentation of risks, control assessments, procedures, and findings.
* Develop reports to communicate key findings and trends from incidents and risk assessments including recommendations to control owners, senior management, and other stakeholders.
* Execution of reviews to determine the effectiveness of Affinity's control environment aligned to regulation, established and evolving policies, and best practice.
* Implementation of Affinity's Risk Management Framework and set appropriate methodology of assessing controls to assure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

What You'll Bring
* Relevant undergraduate tertiary qualification(s) in risk, audit, or related fields (desirable).
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across the business.
* Facilitation skills.
* Skills and ability to manage complex issues, problems and competing priorities.
* High attention to detail, strong digital skills, and a mindset for continuous improvement.
* Ability to work both autonomously and as a trusted, supportive team member.
* Knowledge of the early childhood sector (desirable).
