Residential Life Supervisor Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Residential Life Supervisor to join our team at Western Sydney University Penrith. This role is responsible for facilitating the coordination of the residence as a community, overseeing resident wellbeing, and delivering the Residential Life and Wellbeing Program.

About You
* You will be energetic, creative, self-motivated, and focused on delivering a memorable student resident experience.
* Previous experience in a similar capacity, including wellbeing and mental health literacy is essential.
* You will have demonstrated ability to develop new ideas and engaging events, then formulate plans to deliver them.
* Experience managing events in line with event budgets is required.
* Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds are necessary.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
* You will be able to work independently and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
1. C coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Residential Life Program, including incident and welfare management, purchasing and administration.
2. Assist the RLM in the development, implementation, and management of strategic Residential Life Projects and Events.
3. Participate in an on-call after-hours rotation as the primary contact for residents in relation to all situations that may arise.
4. Provide exceptional service to all residents, staff, investors, visitors, suppliers, contractors, and associated organisations.
5. Establish and maintain a constructive and productive working relationship with all key stakeholders.
