We are a busy Heavy Vehicle Driving School looking for an Experience Customer Service person to compliment our existing team by providing exceptional Customer Service and general administrative duties in an open plan office.

We are looking for a fun, outgoing and dynamic individual to join our team.

3. Eaves drop on the other conversations in the office but still get you your work done.

4. Nosey and wants to know about someone's wants and needs, so you can find out what their key pain point is.

5. Their thoughts start with how we can make this happen, not just lead with the easiest solution.

6. Have an awareness of what is happening around you, leading you to pick up the best way to handle a problem.

We are looking for applicants who can start immediately on a part time basis, we will however wait for the right person that needs to work out a notice period We will discuss hours and days in the interview.

The role:

Support the office team whilst learning the following

* Check email inquiries.
* Student eligibility checks, enrolments and confirmations
* Compilation of the necessary Government reports to meet compliance requirements
* Administrative tasks
* RTO administrative task's including compliance tasks.
* Booking in trainers
* Responding to email enquiries

Position will suit:

* A highly organised person who is able to think on their feet.
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
* Ability to work autonomously but also as an integral member of the existing team
* Someone that can work independently and as part of a team.
* Someone that has experience is RTO, truck or car driver training industry.

Candidates will need:

* Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
* Great people skills dealing with customers in person, phone and email. This will be a role you will grow into
* Competent, fast & accurate data entry
* Exceptional communication skills
* Multitask with interruptions
* Touch typist

Conditions:

* Need to be available between the hours of 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday - Hours and days to be agreed on in interview.
* There will be a requirement to work from Arundel facilities on the days scheduled.
* We are a non-smoking facility
