What's the role?
We are seeking 2 Locum Radiographers to join our Alpenglow Katoomba clinic across two periods 30/07/2026-04/09/2026 and 28/04/2026-21/09/2026. This role is well suited to a CT Radiographer who is confident in cannulation and comfortable working autonomously in a regional setting.
Working within a small, supportive team, you will deliver high-quality imaging services across CT and general X-ray.
Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. There is no on‐call or evening work required.
Clinical Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
* Performing a range of diagnostic imaging examinations, including CT and general X‐ray
* Providing compassionate patient care, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality
* Interpreting imaging requests and performing procedures in line with legislation and protocols
* Maintaining high standards of image quality and radiation safety
* Ensuring examinations meet clinical and diagnostic requirements
* Committing to continuous professional development and upskilling

To Be Successful, You Will Bring
* Experience in CT and general X‐ray, with confidence in cannulation
* A passion for patient‐centred care and strong communication skills
* The ability to work independently with strong problem‐solving skills
* Relevant qualification in Medical Imaging
* Current AHPRA registration and Radiation Use Licence
* Full working rights in Australia
