We’re looking for a motivated Leasing Cadet / Concierge to support our Property Management team while gaining hands-on experience across leasing, client service and office operations.
This is a part-time development role that provides real exposure to the leasing process while building valuable industry skills alongside experienced property managers.
Working Schedule:
• Wednesday & Saturday – Leasing (open homes and inspections)
• Thursday & Friday – Concierge / Office Support
You’ll assist with leasing activities out in the field while also helping keep our office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing Support
* Assist with running of open homes
* Provide feedback to Property Managers after inspections
* Assist with rental applications and leasing administration
Concierge & Office Support
* Manage reception, calls and walk-in enquiries
* Provide administrative support to the Property Management team
* Assist with tenancy documentation and compliance processes
* Maintain accurate client records and internal systems
About You
You’re organised, reliable and eager to learn about real estate.
We’re looking for someone who has:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organisation and time management
* A positive, proactive attitude
* Professional presentation
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Current QLD driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
* QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or administration is highly regarded.
