We are looking for an experienced and friendly Motel Manager to run the day-to-day operations of a Motel in Gippsland region and make sure our guests enjoy a great stay.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily motel operations to ensure all departments run efficiently and meet service standards.
* Manage room inventory and reservation processes to optimise occupancy and revenue.
* Ensure rooms meet quality, safety, and cleanliness standards through established procedures and performance monitoring.
* Coordinate and direct departmental supervisors across front office, housekeeping, and maintenance to maintain smooth operations.
* Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
* Prepare and analyse operational and financial reports to support planning and decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulations, and service protocols through regular oversight and internal controls.
To be considered for this role you will have:
* At least 1–2 years of experience in managing a hotel, motel, or a B&B.
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Hospitality Management (or equivalent experience).
* Demonstrated leadership, staff supervision, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication and guest-service orientation.
* Strong customer service, communication, and organisation skills..
* Hands-on, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
