Workday Systems Administrator to join a collaborative team and be responsible for administration of our HRIS applications.
Position Overview
We are hiring for a detail-oriented and technically strong HR Systems Administrator with hands-on experience in Workday to support, maintain, and optimize our HR systems landscape. This role is responsible for system configuration, reporting, data integrity, process improvements, and supporting HR stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities
* Configure and maintain Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent, etc.)
* Manage system updates, releases, and enhancements
* Perform system testing (unit testing, regression testing, UAT support)
Qualifications
* 3-5+ years of experience in HRIS administration
* Hands‐on configuration experience in Workday HCM
* Strong understanding of HR processes (hire‐to‐retire lifecycle)
* Experience with Workday security framework
