As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and provide our existing clients the high level of service, seek out new opportunities as well as playing a key role in delivering projects on time.
About the Role
This is a hands-on Project Manager position responsible for overseeing multiple telecommunications and structured cabling projects from planning through to completion. You will work closely with clients, field technicians, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and strong client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end delivery of telecommunications and data cabling projects
* Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
* Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
* Prepare progress reports and project documentation
About You
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in telecommunications, electrical, or construction industries
* Strong understanding of structured cabling, fibre, and network infrastructure projects
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Experience working with field-based technical teams
Desirable
* Background as a technician or in a technical role
