Job Description:
* Prepare and process fortnightly payroll across multiple clinics using employment software
* Interpret award conditions and apply them accurately to ensure compliant payroll outcomes
* Manage compliance tasks including superannuation, PAYG, leave entitlements, and payroll tax calculations
* Respond to payroll queries with professionalism and clear guidance
* Collaborate with finance and HR teams on reconciliations, reporting, and audit support
* Contribute to continuous improvements of payroll processes and system efficiencies
Requirements:
* Proven experience with payroll processing with employment software (essential)
* Solid understanding of Australian modern awards, especially within healthcare or related industries
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively in a team
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and compliance
