Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example, ensuring a seamless customer journey from entry to purchase, offering personalised service and product expertise.
* Manage and develop and incredible team of professional experts.
* Curate and maintain an exclusive inventory of premium apparel and homewares and locally sourced merchandise.
* Oversee all core retail administration management such as rosters and reporting.
* Oversee the tourism strategies and planning to help foster growth and local and international reputation.
* Drive sales targets and KPI's through strategic planning, merchandising, and tailored customer engagement initiatives.
* Uphold the boutique's upscale ambience through visual merchandising excellence and meticulous store and personal presentation standards.
