We're Looking For a...
Sales Consultant who loves connecting with people, brings a welcoming presence to the sales centre, and knows how to build trust and rapport quickly.
Someone who thrives in fast-paced, relationship-driven environments and is motivated by helping customers feel supported from first visit to settlement.
What You'll Do Be the first point of contact for visitors, creating a warm and informative sales experience.
Hold appointments, build relationships and guide potential home buyers through the sales journey.
Build, maintain and grow your own sales pipeline through database management, lead generation and appointment setting.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Team and the neighbouring community 3km down the road to support shared goals.
Work with Marketing on initiatives to attract and re-engage potential home buyers.
Represent Halcyon at community events and industry activities as a brand ambassador.
Prepare and distribute documentation including Home Purchase Agreements and Site Agreements.
About You You're energised by people, conversations and the chance to help someone feel at home from the moment they walk in.
You're a natural relationship-builder with an eye for detail, and you love the mix of structure, creativity, and being part of a tight-knit community.
You bring positivity, curiosity and the ability to think on your feet — especially when navigating customer needs or overcoming objections.
Experience Skills That Count Proven experience delivering excellent customer service.
Strong sales skills with the ability to convert warm leads into committed buyers.
Experience in over-55's communities or new home building (volume building) is highly valued.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records and follow processes effectively.
CRM experience (Salesforce highly advantageous).
