Your role centers on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives and actively drive their own decisions and goals. This Group Home service operates 24x7 - morning, day, evening and awake night shifts - it will depend of what you are looking for and the flexibility you need. You will need to be available for 3-4 days, 20 hours minimum (however we have some casuals who work up to 40 hours a week). Our North Shore group homes are based in Hornsby, Mount Colah, Turramurra, Pymble, St Ives and surrounding areas. 
Delivering personalised support in a group home setting 
Assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication and manual handling using a variety equipment and aids. 
Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community 
Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent 
Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress. 
Supporting clients with transport e.g. using CPA minivan 
Being part of a fun and dynamic team!

Requirements 
Available for a minimum of 3 days a week, 20 hours (this is a minimum requirement - there are 30+ hours available if you wish) 
A current NSW Driver\'s License (P2 minimum) 
Travel across the Hornsby, Turramurra and St Ives areas
