About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead a marketing team of 5. You will drive brand awareness, support our national sales channels, and foster cross-department collaboration. This is a pivotal role where you will mentor the team and execute strategies to solidify our position as a Tier 1 distributor in the Australian market.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and optimize the performance of a 5-person marketing team, ensuring professional growth and operational excellence.
* B2B Strategy & Sales Enablement:
Develop marketing plans that align with sales targets. Equip the sales team with effective tools, collateral, and lead-generation campaigns targeting installers and retailers.
* Digital & Brand Strategy:
Oversee digital platforms and brand identity to ensure consistency across all channels.
* Creative Direction:
Oversee the creation of
compelling visuals and content (videos, collateral) produced by the team to ensure high quality and brand alignment.
* Events & Activations:
Plan and execute trade shows, roadshows, and dealer events to maximize engagement.
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* Minimum of 5+ years of broad marketing experience (B2B preferred).
* Proven experience in leadership (managing direct reports is essential).
* Strong understanding of the sales funnel and channel marketing.
* Proficient in digital marketing platforms and CRM tools.
* Experience in Solar, Electrical, or Construction/Building materials distribution is a strong advantage.
