Project Overview
This project is a joint venture that will deliver the Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia.
The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, utilizing the most advanced production processes.
The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, while delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.
As a member of the Project Ceres Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of this project.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all recruitment activities required for all phases of the project.
* Develop and implement project-specific training plans, including learning and development programs.
* Develop, implement, and maintain training systems, facilitating new starter inductions, site orientations, materials, and standards.
* Schedule and book internal and external training activities and events for the project.
* Assist department managers/superintendents with the development and review of Training Needs Analysis and coordinate training programs.
* Verify assessment records, tickets, licenses, and qualifications.
* Identify and develop VOC requirements for the project, including inductions.
* Maintain and update the Training Matrix and related databases.
* Coordinate and audit suitable external training providers.
Requirements
* Highly developed communication skills to motivate, inspire, and persuade.
* Customer focus through providing timely advice and assistance.
* Leadership capability.
* At least 2+ years relevant experience, preferably in a similar generalist role.
* Demonstrated experience with training management, record-keeping, and reporting.
* On-site or project experience.
