Our client’s ad solutions leverage innovation and insights to connect and engage their audiences through a cutting-edge advertising platform.Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of new and existing SMB clients, focusing on ad revenue growthProvide consultative support to help clients grow via the platformWork with Accenture and client sales teams to grow customer relationshipsDeliver pre- and post-sales support for all advertising productsSupport campaign optimization through education, consultation, and strategyShare product insights and customer feedback with internal teamsResolve customer issues promptly and proactively suggest improvementsQualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferredAdaptable and quick learner in a fast-evolving digital ad spaceExperience in sales, account management, digital marketing, or eCommerce is a strong plusStrong analytical skills and a data-driven mindsetExcellent customer service and communication skillsSales-oriented with a consultative mindsetProactive problem solver with strong agility and critical thinkingFamiliarity with CRM/Reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau) is a bonus
