Key Responsibilities :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with state guidelines.
Provide professional and efficient reception services for patients and visitors.
Handle switchboard operations and public address system tasks.
Assist in the creation, storage, and disposal of medical records with confidentiality.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting.
Support the training of new staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and data audits.
Promote a safe working environment by adhering to WHS guidelines.
What We're Looking For :
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks.
Proven experience in communication and fostering good relationships across all levels.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in Microsoft Office, file management, and database systems.
Understanding of Work Health and Safety legislation and principles.
Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.
