We are on the lookout for an Account Manager (80%) - Business Development Specialist ( 20%) who will take responsibility for effective marketing, development, expansion, account management - servicing existing clientele and acquiring new business. This is a full-time permanent role based in the outer South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organised and have proven experience in establishing new clients and managing existing client relationships.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Establishing client relationships
2. Monthly Reporting
3. Manage and build client portfolio.
4. Communicate with internal teams regarding client requests, expectations or issues.
5. Communicate and work effectively with Sales and Business Managers
6. Work with Customer Service team nationally to direct investigations, verify issues and resolve Customer complaints (National process)
7. Run and prepare bulk tracking requests to ensure deliveries are met for both Customers and Internal Managers
8. Prepare Customer KPI's tailored to suite their requirements.
9. Attend client meetings when required, both local and interstate
10. Regularly evaluate systems and processes to ensure that maximum efficiency is achieved.
