Please review the roster to confirm your ability to commit to the shifts before applying.Delivering a wide range of domestic supports withincustomer residence;Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals;Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; andAdministration duties, expense and mandatory reports.What you'll need?
Extensive experience in supporting customers with behaviour support needs;Extensive experience following Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans with consistency and professionalism;Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration;Extensive experience to assist with personal care and domestic duties;Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity;Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher is essential;Willingness to use your fully insured and registered, private vehicle (aligned with Activ's motor vehicle allowance rebate).
