Our organisation is experiencing exciting growth following a recent major tender win, and our People & Culture team is expanding to support Sureway’s next chapter. We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Administrator (Recruiter) to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract and play a key role in delivering a smooth and positive recruitment experience across the business.
This role will suit someone who enjoys a busy environment, takes pride in accuracy, and is driven to close the loop on tasks. You’ll work closely with candidates, hiring managers and the broader People & Culture team to ensure every interaction is professional, timely and supportive.
About the role
· Coordinate and publish job advertisements across online platforms
· Respond to applicant enquiries and provide clear, timely communication
· Support hiring managers to keep processes moving
· Process onboarding documentation for successful applicants
· Maintain accurate records and support compliance with internal procedures
· Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition function and broader People & Culture team
Skills & Experience
· Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Proactive, organised and confident managing competing priorities
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands
· Administrative, HR or recruitment experience is an advantage, but not essential
· Confident using systems and learning new technology
