About the Role
We are seeking a motivated culinary professional to join our kitchen team in a Chef de Partie role. This is an ideal opportunity for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing consistently high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and execute high-quality dishes with consistent standards
* Operate confidently across multiple kitchen stations
* Maintain excellent presentation, portion control and attention to detail
* Support food prep, service and daily kitchen operations
* Follow strict food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
* Assist with stock rotation, storage and waste control
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with all delegated tasks
About You
We are looking for a fully qualified Chef de Partie with at least 2 years of experience in a busy kitchen. You should have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, effective communication skills and be able to multitask and manage time well.
