Join a growing, global legal technology consulting firm with a great culture and where genuine career trajectory is possible. The firm are working with some fantastic vendors in legal technology. This is a fully remote working environment with regular interaction with your colleagues and great mentorship and support. Can be based East Coast or SA.

You could be an ambitious SDR or BDR with strong communication skills and able to approach potential customers (law firms), work though a qualifying and discovery sales process alongside senior sales leader and technical staff. Or you could be a junior BDM seeking a move with a clear and achievable career path.

Previous SaaS experience in legal, accounting, risk or professional services software is ideal but any workflow SaaS B2B would be great.

About the Role:

* Approach potential law firm customers to gain an understanding of specific legal technology business needs.
* Develop a thorough and detailed understanding of customer requirements, budget and readiness to explore/ commit to a sales process.
* Carry out cold calling to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads, and arrange meetings, Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up calls
* Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers alongside sales/ pre-sales leaders.
* Attend industry events and conferences
* Craft compelling emails and LinkedIn messages for reach out to the target audience.
* Advise on software features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts such as accounting, billing, intake, matter and document management and legal workflows.
* Ensure a thorough follow up focus
* Meet or exceed sales targets set by managers, and contribute to team targets
* Network with existing customers to maintain links and promote additional solutions and upgrades

About You:

* 2-3+ years in a junior sales role as a BDM or SDR / BDR role keen to move up into BDM
* Confident communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
* Tech savvy and ideally some legal technology / SaaS experience
