Cafe Operations Lead
We are seeking a results-driven Cafe Operations Lead to oversee the smooth operation of our corporate cafe in Box Hill.
* Maintaining rosters
* Placing supplier orders
* Performing barista and catering duties
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of cafe management experience, along with relevant hospitality certificates. They should possess strong leadership skills, be able to manage time effectively, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Management: Manage a small team of staff members to ensure efficient cafe operations.
* Roster Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date rosters to meet the needs of the business.
* Supplier Orders: Place timely and effective supplier orders to maintain inventory levels.
* Barista and Catering Duties: Perform various barista and catering duties as required.
