As a result of the continued growth of our group, we are expanding our Human Resources department, and an opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Officer to join our team based at Somersby on the Central Coast.This role will provide exposure to and involvement in all Human Resources activities, including:Recruitment and selectionGeneralist employee advice and support to supervisors and managersAssisting with the processing of our weekly payrollAdministration of our HRIS and timekeeping systemConducting HR inductions for new employeesImplementation of new company-wide HR initiativesTo be successful in this role you will have:Previous experience within a Human Resources team.
