Group Tour Coordinator Position Overview

Job Description:
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodation bookings • Manage tour itineraries and ensure all bookings meet client requirements • Liaise with clients and tour operators to resolve any issues or concerns • Maintain accurate records of tour bookings and financial transactions
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook • Experience in administration and tourism industry an advantage
