**Job Position:** Program Advisor
The Department of Education seeks a highly skilled professional to manage and oversee a growing portfolio of early childhood assets through a hybrid service delivery model.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring clear expectations and communications between stakeholders.
* Support the team in administering programs, completing asset management tasks, and meeting performance targets.
* Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
* Collect and maintain accurate records, track products, and support planning and reporting practices across the team.
* Develop new business processes, communications collateral, and documentation to support program delivery.
* Identify, coordinate, and produce reports that support decision-making by senior executives.
**Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
* Tertiary qualification relevant to the role.
* Considerable experience in a similar role within government.
**Working Arrangements:
Hybrid working arrangements are available. Regular attendance at the central office is required.
