OverviewAs a Retail Manager, your duties will include: determining product mix, stock levels, and service standards to ensure smooth day-to-day operations; formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, including pricing strategies; driving promotional and advertising activities to boost sales and customer engagement; advising customers on product offerings and usage to ensure an exceptional experience; managing inventory and stock control, and maintaining financial transaction records; budgeting and cost control for the outlet to align with business objectives; leading recruitment, staff training, and supervision to maintain a high-performance team; and ensuring strict compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and food safety standards.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar retail or fast-food management role.
Relevant qualification Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Hospitality or Management.
Strong understanding of QSR operations, team supervision, and customer service.
Proven ability to handle budgeting and inventory systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a adaptable roster, including weekends and public holidays.
