You will work in close partnership with the Senior Management Team, taking ownership of key projects and actively contributing to overall business success. Key Responsibilities & Project Leadership
- Project Oversight: Lead and manage single or multiple projects from inception to completion, working closely with senior leadership.
- Technical Execution: Coordinate all discipline‑specific activities, including preparing project estimates and comprehensive management plans.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key point of contact, assisting in client briefings, managing client liaison, and communicating sensitive project information tactfully.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure project scope, details, and quality strictly align with proposals and targets (time, cost, and quality), while maintaining best‑practice documentation.
- Operational Contribution: Proactively manage time, contribute to robust project reporting, stay informed on business strategies, and apply strong cost‑consciousness to all project phases.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively within the internal team, fostering robust relationships and contributing to both individual and team success.
Your Profile: Driven & Technically Proficient
We are seeking an energetic, highly self‑motivated, and ethical professional who is eager to grow within a supportive consultancy environment.
Essential Requirements
- Education: Tertiary Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of relevant discipline‑specific IT software (e.g., Cost X, MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Professionalism: High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality regarding company and client information.
- Mindset: An enthusiastic, proactive attitude with excellent communication and influencing skills, and a desire for continuous growth.
Highly Regarded
- Student membership or professional registration with relevant bodies (e.g., Engineers Australia, AIQS, RICS).
- Thorough knowledge of project types common to a property and infrastructure consultancy.
