We're looking for a motivated Parts Interpreter to join our friendly and fast-paced Bunbury branch.
If you're passionate about customer service, enjoy problem-solving, and want to work with premium brands like Volvo CE, Kenworth, and DAF Trucks, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
What You'll Be Doing: Assist customers and technicians in identifying, sourcing, and interpreting spare parts.
Use manufacturer and dealer systems to locate, sell, invoice, and dispatch parts.
Support procurement, receival, stock control, and returns.
Handle warehousing duties including packing, dispatching, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Maintain clear, professional communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
What We're Looking For: Strong customer service and communication skills.
Confidence using Outlook, Excel, Word, and internal parts systems.
Experience in parts interpreting, logistics, warehousing, or stock management (advantageous but not essential).
The ability to work well in a team and thrive in a busy environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
A valid driver's licence (forklift licence desirable but not required).
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive outlook.
