Base Salary Range: $87,416 - $110,497 p.a (pro rata) for RN/M2C; $74,831 - $102,103 p.a (pro rata) for RN/M1. In addition to base salary, this position attracts Superannuation, Leave Loading, Zone Allowance and once-off Incidental Payment (conditions apply), Professional Development Allowance, and Salary Sacrificing Benefits (salary packaging).

About the Role
Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C) – An exciting opportunity for experienced nurses to expand clinical expertise across diverse healthcare settings. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of care, guiding and mentoring less experienced staff, leadership of delegated activities, and delivering person-centred care. Portfolio responsibilities may be available to align with career development goals.
Registered Nurse (RN/M1) – For nurses developing from novice to proficient practitioners. Focus on consolidating knowledge and skills through professional development and hands-on experience, with accountability for own standards of care and activities delegated to others. Emphasis on building clinical competence, teamwork, and patient-centred care. Opportunities for growth toward higher levels of practice and leadership.
Responsibilities
* Provide high standards of nursing care and patient-centred support across diverse settings.
* Lead and mentor less experienced staff and supervise delegated activities.
* Contribute to ongoing professional development and participate in portfolio responsibilities where applicable.
* Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.
Qualifications
* Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia; current practicing certificate if applicable.
* RN/M2C: at least 3 years (full-time equivalent) post-registration experience; demonstrated leadership of student nurses, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses.
* RN/M1: demonstrated competence in relevant nursing practice to standards of practice.
* Immunisation risk category: Category A (direct contact with blood or body substances).
* Ability to work across shifts and provide flexible, patient-centred care.
