Financial Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to spearhead our financial function and drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee timely payment of invoices, establish strong relationships with clients, and negotiate payment plans as needed.
* Contracts Administration: Manage client service agreements, maintain a central contract register, and track renewals and cancellations.
* Share-Based Billing: Coordinate share-for-services deals, maintain shares receivable registers, and liaise with listed companies and transfer agents.
* R&D Tax Incentive Support: Gather R&D evidence, track internal hours and contractor costs, and collect documentation for prototypes and automation projects.
* Budgeting and Forecasting Support: Maintain a rolling 12-month financial model, track opportunities and renewals, reconcile contracts into forward revenue, and provide regular financial updates to leadership.
