As part of Investment Banking and Capital Markets, our Investment Banking division delivers the full suite of products and advisory services of a leading global investment bank. Our clients include large‐cap and mid‐cap corporates, financial institutions, government agencies and financial sponsors.
Infrastructure and Utilities
Our Infrastructure & Utilities franchise is undergoing a strategic rebuild to position the business for sustained growth across Australia & New Zealand. As a VP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this next phase, contributing to team development, capability building, establishing a high‐performance culture, and refining our go‐to‐market strategy.

Key Responsibilities
* Execution of investment banking transactions (including M&A and strategic advisory) across infrastructure, power, transport, data centres & utilities
* Build sector competence in a variety of I&U sub‐sectors over time
* Primary point of contact for clients during live transactions and drive strategic dialogue
* Contribute to origination efforts, including identifying opportunities, shaping pitching materials, and presenting alongside senior leadership
* Manage and mentor junior bankers, driving workstreams and ensuring high‐quality output across analysis, materials, and client deliverables
* Oversee valuation work, financial modelling, due diligence processes and transaction workstreams
* Support broader regional activity, covering Australia & New Zealand and ad‐hoc support for Asia‐based transactions
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 6 years experience in corporate finance or consulting in an investment bank or corporate advisory firm
* Demonstrated execution experience in at least one key sub‐sector within the infrastructure ecosystem
* Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing teams and developing junior talent
* Highly motivated and self‐driven, with ability to multitask
* Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, translating technical outputs into strategic insights
* Excellent communication skills, confident presenting to senior internal stakeholders and C‐suite clients
* Deep interest in core infrastructure themes, energy transition, and emerging sector trends, with ability to articulate market insights to clients
* Proven track record of delivering high‐quality work in fast‐paced transactional environments
