You'll be the guardian of packaging artwork for some of Australia's most loved honey brands, leading projects from brief to print with confidence and care.

What You'll Be Creating
High-impact designs across promotions, publications, and campaigns that connect with our customers.
Packaging artwork that's accurate, compliant, beautifully finished, and press-ready, balancing creative expression with tight technical requirements.
Visual stories that respect strong brand identities while still leaving room for your creative flair.
You'll own the full artwork process, from interpreting briefs through to approvals, pre-press checks and production handover, collaborating closely with marketing, supply, printers and external partners to deliver work that's both high-quality and on time.
Where You'll Make an Impact
Bring marketing and sales campaigns to life through smart, strategic design that elevates our brands.
Lead packaging artwork workflows end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency at every stage.
Drive the artwork approval process across the business and through supplier platforms, keeping projects moving and stakeholders aligned.
Be the key point of contact with our printers and packaging partners - troubleshooting, coordinating changes, and attending press checks when required - helping us meet every deadline.
Keep production flowing by ensuring every spec sheet, label requirement, and product detail is accurate.
What You Bring to the Table
Must-Haves
3+ years of design experience with formal tertiary qualification
Fluent in Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) plus PowerPoint and Acrobat
Comfortable with digital tools and technology
A portfolio with real range, showcasing print, press, packaging, outdoor, online, newsletters, and more.
Serious print + pre-press expertise
Supplier-savvy and production smart
Nice-to-Haves
Confident communication and negotiation skills.
Exposure to digital marketing or digital design platforms.
