Casual Veterinary Surgeon
We are seeking a skilled veterinary professional to join our team as a casual veterinarian. This role will provide an opportunity to work in a community setting, caring for animals and promoting their welfare.
* Manage the daily operations of the animal care centre
* Develop and implement strategies to ensure the health and wellbeing of animals in our care
* Promote responsible pet ownership and provide education to the community on animal care and welfare

Key Responsibilities:
Manage clinic operations including receiving and admitting animals, conducting medical examinations and providing treatment as required.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure infectious disease control and maintain a safe and healthy environment for both animals and staff.
Provide exceptional customer service and promote responsible pet ownership through education and support.
Collaborate with other members of the animal care team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements:
A degree in veterinary medicine or a related field.
Current registration as a veterinarian with the relevant state/territory body.
Experience working in a community animal care setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
