About the role
This is a secure, full-time Monday–Friday role with weekend work optional across the branch network, perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys customer service and wants to develop technical expertise in a specialist industry.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:
* Deliver exceptional counter and internal sales service to trade customers
* Build strong relationships with local tradies and national account technicians
* Identify customer needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations
* Assist with stock management and inventory control
* Perform general warehousing duties (picking and packing)
* Operate a forklift – we will help you obtain a licence and provide full training
* Maintain a safe and organised work environment in line with WHS requirements

* A genuine passion for serving and helping customers
* Strong customer service or retail experience (trade or technical environments highly regarded)
* The ability to build rapport and lasting relationships
* Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn – we'll train you to become an HVAC&R specialist
* Confidence communicating with a wide range of customers and team members
* A current forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one (company funded)
* A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
