Job Description
This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic vision, innovation, and expertise in community health care. As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for leading diverse services, driving innovation, and providing strategic leadership for safe, high-quality, and culturally responsive care across Mount Isa and outreach communities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage community & primary health teams and services.
* Drive innovation in models of care and governance.
* Ensure culturally safe care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences. A Class motor vehicle licence and willingness to undergo pre-employment screening are also essential requirements.
