Warehouse, Forklift & Production Operators
Synergie is seeking multiple Warehouse, Production and Forklift Operators for various leading manufacturing and logistics clients located across Townsville and surrounding areas.
Shifts Available: Monday to Friday
6:00am – 2:30pm
7:00am – 4:30pm
2:00pm – 10:00pm (afternoon shift loading)
Pay Rates: $33 – $38 per hour + penalties
Immediate starts available with ongoing work and pathways to permanency
Forklift Licence only required for forklift roles (not required for pick/pack or production roles)
Available Positions
Pick Packers (Visa holders welcome) – Packing, order picking, dispatch, general warehouse duties
Forklift Operators – LF licence required, load/unload trucks, move pallets safely, stocktake
Production / Machine Operators – Operate machinery, quality checks, training provided
What you will be required to do
Picking and packing orders and preparing goods for dispatch
Operating forklifts (for licensed operators) and moving stock safely
Operating machinery in production and sheeting mill operations (training provided)
Loading/unloading trucks and materials handling
Following safety procedures and meeting daily production targets
To be successful in the role you will
Be physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Hold a valid forklift licence (for forklift roles only)
Be reliable, safety-focused, and willing to learn
Have full working rights in Australia (visa holders eligible for pick packing roles)
Have access to reliable transport to get to work
