Venue Manager Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Venue Manager to lead our restaurant team. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our venue, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service
* Ensure the restaurant is always clean, tidy, and well-maintained
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and partners
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue
* Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to make informed business decisions
* Create and maintain a positive workplace culture that fosters teamwork and collaboration
* Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
* Proven experience in motivating and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for driving change and continuous improvement
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
