About the Role:
This Senior Sales Engineer role involves providing technical expertise to drive business growth by supporting local sales teams and working closely with account teams. You will discover and qualify customers' requirements, propose suitable Thales security solutions, and serve as a subject matter expert to guide customers on security best practices and industry compliance.
You will also collaborate with the wider Thales team to advocate Thales products and solutions, prepare technical proposals, conduct workshops, and gather customer feedback for product enhancement.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated knowledge of IT Security, database query, and cryptographic standards, including PKCS, JCE, and PKI. You will also have experience in a technical solutioning and architect role, partnering with sales teams to deliver IT security solutions success for large customers and organizations.
Additionally, you will have strong presentation skills to advocate Thales' solution value and differentiators in front of senior stakeholders and executives, excellent communications skills, and the ability to prioritize and deliver technical solution support for customer opportunities in a timely manner.
