About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to coordinate team requirements on a day-to-day basis, ensuring services and support are in line with our Practice Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate team requirements on a day-to-day basis
* Evaluate performance and make improvements where necessary
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
About You
We're looking for someone with:
* Demonstrated commitment to child safety
* Tertiary qualifications in Social Work/Welfare, Social Sciences or equivalent
* Demonstrated experience in leadership capacity within OOHC, Disability Services or Community Services sector
* Proven flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing work demands
* High-level written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of ongoing effects of injuries, trauma and/or neglect and abuse
* Effective interpersonal, conflict negotiation and resolution skills
* Current NSW driver's licence
* Willigness to undergo National Police Check and Working with Children Check Clearance
