About the opportunity:
The Site Manager is part of the Brighton Homes Construction team and reports to the Area Manager. The key focus of this role is to deliver outstanding quality homes that exceed our customers expectation. More specifically, you will:
•Coordinate materials and trades to keep projects on track and on time
•Oversee construction to ensure homes meet contractual requirements and approved designs
•Inspect work to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship
•Manage timelines and budgets to deliver homes efficiently
•Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with WH&S legislation and company systems
•Build relationships with customers and councils to provide outstanding service
•Keeping documentation accurate and up to date throughout the build process
This is a hands-on role where you will combine leadership, problem-solving, and customer service to make every home a success.
About you
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will have:
•Cert IV in Building and Construction and a Supervisor's License (Building Trade Certificate highly regarded)
•Proven background in residential construction with strong project management skills
•Computer literacy with exposure to Onsite Companion (preferred)
•Solid understanding of building methods, materials, and standards for residential homes
•Ability to identify and resolve defects proactively, ensuring smooth project delivery
•Outstanding communication, planning, and organizational skills to manage multiple trades and suppliers effectively
•A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
