**Store Manager - Canberra Outlet Centre**
**_As the Store Manager you will_**
- Provide your team with the inspiration and development to succeed.
- Ensure superior visual merchandising standards within your store and developing your team skills in this area
- _"Work the floor''_ with your team to develop their skills in sales, styling and customer experience
- Drive sales and increase business hold / rankings
- Recruit and on board your new team members
- Monitor your stores performance including stock holdings, shrink, wages, and sales budgets.
- Align with the company's strong ethos and culture, which is all about inclusivity & TEAM.
**_The skills & abilities you need to have to secure this role_**
- Be a Confident, Self-motivated and driven leader
- Have excellent time management skills and planning capabilities
- Strong skills in recruitment, development, succession planning and performance management of a large team
- A passion for team management and have a coaching, "lead by example" style
- A drive to reach KPI targets and motivate your team
- Visual Merchandising experience, promotion setup, store relays and fashion styling
- An understanding of the demographic, current trends and how to outfit your customer
