About the Role:
This is a hands on role for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working independently in garden maintenance. You’ll be trusted to manage jobs solo, operate and maintain a work ute, communicate with clients, and ensure the highest standard of work on every site. You’ll work across a range of residential gardens, using your expertise in tools, techniques, and horticultural care.
Key Responsibilities:
Operation and upkeep of a work ute and all tools/equipment
Managing day-to-day job sites independently
Communicating with clients in a professional and friendly manner
Ensuring gardens are left clean, tidy, and to a high standard
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years' experience in professional gardening or landscape maintenance
Confident using all tools and equipment (mowers, hedgers, blowers, whipper snippers, etc.)
Robust knowledge of gardening techniques and seasonal care
Able to work unsupervised with great attention to detail
Full, clean driver’s licence and confidence managing a work ute
Respectful, reliable, and able to represent the business well with clients
Diligent, self-motivated, and proud of your work
