Our client is a well‐established residential aged care provider experiencing growth following the acquisition of a new site. With a strong commitment to quality care and operational stability, they are seeking immediate support to bridge a critical skills and knowledge gap.
Job Description
* Provide day‐to‐day rostering support using onsite care systems
* Maintain accurate staff rosters across multiple shifts
* Respond to payroll‐related queries from employees and managers
* Liaise with the outsourced payroll provider (Ernst & Young)
* Support system updates and changes following site acquisition
* Ensure compliance with award conditions and rostering rules
* Assist with data integrity and reporting as required
* Operate confidently with limited handover or documentation
The Successful Applicant
* A successful Rostering / Payroll Officer should have:
* 2-3 years' experience in rostering and/or payroll roles
* Strong experience using rostering or payroll systems (Care System highly regarded)
* Background in aged care, healthcare or similar workforce‐heavy environments
* Proactive, solutions‐focused and systems‐savvy

* 1 day WFH per fortnight (with some flexibility)
