Job Title: Youth Mental Health Clinician

As a Youth Mental Health Clinician, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing superior evidence-based clinical care and case management to young people seeking access to primary care, mental healthcare, alcohol and drug services, and social, educational, and vocational services.

We provide age-appropriate, youth-friendly services which are engaging and acceptable to young people, congruent with their stage of development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver clinical case management, mental health assessment, planning, and delivery within a multidisciplinary environment.
* Provide direct clinical services, including clinical case management, mental health assessment, planning, and delivery.
* Participate in a multidisciplinary team, utilising high-level communication skills to establish effective partnerships and provide consultation to the team, as well as government and other non-government service providers.
Requirements:
* Must have one of the following: Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, Nurse, or General or Provisional registration as a Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist, or AASW registration or eligibility as a Social Worker.
* Ability to participate in a multidisciplinary team utilising high-level communication skills.
* Demonstrating a great level of profession-specific knowledge, expertise, and skill.
