About the role
We are looking for a Property Manager to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
Our Property Managers oversee a portfolio of properties and drive growth through client relationships and new opportunities. Your understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation and local industry experience will help you build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their current and future needs. Supported by the Elders network, you'll have opportunities to learn and advance your career.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain client relationships to understand their needs
* Identify and develop new opportunities for clients' investments
* Conduct routine property inspections
* Manage debtors
* Prepare necessary documents for landlords and tenants
* Collaborate with the Elders team to explore innovative opportunities
* Promote the brand through community events and field days
About you
To succeed at Elders, you should:
* Understand Residential Tenancy Legislation
* Hold a current driver's license
* Have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
* Be detail-oriented, enthusiastic, energetic, and well-organized
* Be tech-savvy, resourceful, and forward-thinking
* Be willing to obtain a Property Manager license with our support
