**Job Title:** Occupational Health and Safety Professional
About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you will be working closely with operational managers, field managers, and install teams to drive a positive safety culture in a fast-paced environment.
* Conduct site visits, inspections, audits, and investigations to identify and manage risks effectively.
* Support and coach operational managers, field managers, and installers to enhance safety standards on-site.
* Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
* Own and enhance health, safety, and wellbeing across all operations.
* Develop and deliver engaging H&S training, toolbox talks, inductions, and refresher sessions.
* Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, client H&S teams, and external auditors.
* Maintain policies, RAMS procedures, and safe systems of work.
* Provide expert advice on UK H&S legislation and industry best practice.
